TourGrid User Agreement

Effective Date: 23rd July 2025

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and NexusCode Technologies Limited (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your use of the TourGrid mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that:

    • You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
    • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

  1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
    • Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

 

  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

    • Use the App only for lawful purposes.
    • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App’s functionality.
    • Not use the App to harass, defame, or harm others.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the App are owned by NexusCode Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

 

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Code Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

 

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.

 

  1. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Agreement, will govern our relationship with you

TourGrid Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TourGrid mobile application (“App”) provided by NexusCode Technologies Limited (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 

  1. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement to use the App.

  1. Prohibited Activities 

You agree not to: 

    • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes. 
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems. 
    • Engage in any activity that disrupts the App’s functionality. 
  1. Payments and Fees 
  • All payments made through the App are final and non-refundable. 
  • You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your transactions. 
  1. Intellectual Property 

All content on the App, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of NexusCode Technologies Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. 

 

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties 

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  1. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexusCode Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

 

  1. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold NexusCode Technologies harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the App. 

  1. Governing Law
